Functional Skills English
Practical Literacy Qualifications (Entry Level 1 – Level 2)
Our Functional Skills English courses support learners in developing the practical reading, writing and communication skills needed for everyday life, further education, and employment.
These courses are particularly suitable for learners who benefit from a structured, supportive learning environment, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), or learners accessing EOTAS (Education Otherwise Than At School) provision.
Functional Skills qualifications focus on real-life literacy skills, helping learners gain confidence while working towards a recognised qualification.
