Step 1: Initial Consultation
We begin with a short online consultation with a parent or carer.

During this conversation we:
-
Discuss your child’s strengths and challenges
-
Review any relevant EHCP outcomes (if applicable)
-
Clarify current attainment and goals
-
Answer your questions
There is no obligation to proceed.

Step 2: Recommendation & Placement
Following the consultation, we recommend:
-
1:1 tuition or small group (maximum six learners)
-
Appropriate level (Primary, KS3, GCSE, Functional Skills)
-
Suggested weekly hours
Where possible, we group learners carefully to ensure compatibility and appropriate pacing.
Step 3: Baseline & Goal Setting
At the start of tuition, we:
-
Establish a literacy baseline
-
Identify priority skill areas
-
Set clear, achievable short-term targets
For learners with EHCPs, targets can align with Section F outcomes where relevant.

Step 4: Structured Weekly Lessons
Lessons are delivered live online in a calm, predictable format.
Sessions include:
-
Clear learning objectives
-
Explicit modelling
-
